Green Motion Car Rental London Gatwick Airport

Needed to rent a car to cover us whilst mine was being repaired. Chose the premium plus option. Hands down the best vehicle rental I’ve ever had; great service, friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle bus and a beautiful car. 100% will book again. Recommended!

I had the pleasure of renting a car from Green Motion Rent a Car recently, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked into their office to the moment I returned the vehicle, the level of customer service provided by Ali, their knowledgeable and friendly customer service agent, was truly outstanding.Ali went above and beyond to ensure that my rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. He greeted me with a warm smile and patiently listened to my specific requirements. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the rental process, offering valuable insights and suggestions to help me make an informed decision.Not only was Ali well-versed in the company's policies and procedures, but he also demonstrated a deep understanding of their fleet of vehicles. He provided me with all the necessary information about the available options, helping me choose the car that best suited my preferences and budget. The interior of car is dirty. The shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient. Had to pay for their insurance because I did not have a credit card.

Great customer service. Dave was awesome. I recommend getting the full insurance. They gave us our options and we decided to go with it. Due to a road hazard we had 2 flats, had to be towed and tires replaced. We called the emergency number and they told us what to do. We had to pay but they reimbursed us quickly after we returned the car. I had a bad experience with Hertz double charging me and not reimbursing me so I was skeptical of rental companies but they did everything they claimed. Thanks Green Motion!

Used Green Motion several times.. great service. This time no exception .. fantastic customer service from pick up at Gatwick to driving off in the rental car. Don t know the name of the chap picking us up at bus stop 12,BUT .. he was great. Friendly, chatty and informative. The three guys in the office, David, Michael and Christopher were also friendly, informative, helpful and professional. Four assets to the Green Motion team at London Gatwick. Michael dealt with our reservation, whilst he sorted our car David dealt with the Insurance details then Christopher helped us with the technicalities of the rental car. Five star service from us! Thank you Green Motion! We will return next time!

This is a great place for renting a car. Their rates are really good and the whole process was very transparent and easy. They sent us a shuttle and picked us up from the terminal and we got our car within few minutes after doing essential paperwork and signatures. The car was brand new and gave us no issue at all during our trip. When we returned the car, they notice a small damage and charged us for that but provided all documents for us to get reimbursed by our insurance later. They are very professional and good in what they are doing. Highly recommended.
