Purchased set of mats for new car - arrived quickly, fit perfectly just as pictured in the listing and a fraction of the price of a set from Kia themselves. Good communication all through order and delivery.

Do not buy from this company. Watch on Amazon as that’s where i purchased this from. This was only purchased on February this year. I cannot say any more the photos say it all.. I’m speechless.

As another buyer said, they sell the cheapest cedar beehives available BUT this does not mean a compromise on quality! It's obviously been mass produced, so did need a little sanding or adjusting here and there but other than that I cannot fault it. They are well made, solid and I expect them to last for years! I have just bought my third complete hive from Far East Direct via ebay and it arrived next day. Will definately continue to shop with them.

On 1 August of this year he had torn the meniscus in the same leg. Four weeks after the operation we had taken him on a lead walk and whilst getting out of the car the ramp snapped in two & he plummeted to the ground, with his operated leg in the air.To cut a very long story short I contacted Trixie who stated the ramp has a 2 yea4 warranty & can be credited or replaced by the supplier, East Direct. However, East Direct despite the advert clearly stating totally deny it is a Trixie ramp. I am disgusted at the supplier as they will not do anything and couldn’t careless about my poor dog. Will never buy anything from them again and strongly advise people to ensure they are getting what the6 have paid for and not a version advertised as one thing & sold as another. Also, Amazon were very unhelpful in this matter.

So after reading all the bad reviews,I felt compelled to add my two pence. I ordered a bee hive from easibee. It was the cheapest cedar hive I could find online. They also had an deal at the the time which included all the frames and wax foundation (normally this is all extra from other suppliers). After scouring the internet for hours trying to beat their price I couldn't, so I decided to take the plunge. I also managed to scoop an extra 5% discount code that was on their FB page which made it even cheaper. Can't complain.The item was then delivered free of charge within 2days of placing my order.On assembly of the hive some of the wooden parts didn't fit together perfectly and did need a small amount of sanding, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a budget hive. Equivalent hives from UK made" joiners are around 3x the price so using a bit of sandpaper is not a problem for me.After completing the hive I started to assemble the frames with wax foundation but unfortunately I was short on certain parts.I emailed Far east direct and explained the situation expecting that a resolution would be difficult to reach as the parts the were missing came as a pack.To my surprise

This is a shocking company with a worse product. We brought our 1 year old labrador the dog ramp via amazon from Far East Direct Ltd and it had no grip what so ever. When I contacted Far East Direct to inform them I wanted a refund and would return it. They refuse a refund of what was paid because it had been used with a mark on it. However it had a mark on it because my dog was skidding on it trying to get in and out the car on the 1 time it was used because I wouldnt let him use it after 1 time because it was awful for grip! I informed Far East Direct straight away and they have the product back but are refusing the refund! Awful customer service right from the beginning with them to now.

My advice is to keep life simple and take your business somewhere else. If you order on amazon and its a large item, expect to pay £24 to return it via Royal Mail. Their customer service is appalling. In the end they took payment over the phone for a DPD Label they offered begrudgingly for return postage which cost me £10. But I had to call them three times to remind them to send the label they'd already taken payment for. There are plenty of others offering similar products that won't be a nightmare to deal with, please take your custom there instead.

Absolute joke of a company. Don’t order anything from them. Trying to process a refund is like getting blood out of a stone

Poor service. They blame eBay and Everi for poor delivery in sending an item out that I've ordered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
