Truly excellent. From our initial phone call about which GPS to purchase, their response was almost immediate and so very helpful in making our final decision.The equipment arrived within a very short period of time, but the online training is first class. Each session is bitesize with very clear, easy to understand instructions, even for technophobes like us. They can be watched multiple times and then practised outdoors. We have nothing but praise for GPS Training.

I've purchased two GPS devices from Jon and Andy (Garmin GPSMAP 65s and 67 and a tempe sensor) and their service has been 2nd to none, 10 out of 10 on communication when asking any questions Jon even gives you a call to explain stuff.I'll only buy my devices from these guys as I trust in what they say and when I request stuff like the box not to be opened and still sealed they do exactly that and the devices are delivered next day by 1pm which again I can't fault! Their after sales is brilliant aswell if you run into any kind of problems. Also give their YouTube channel a follow. I watch all their new videos that come out makes good viewing!Would 100% recommend if you're after buying a new GPS device. Plus I like the idea of spending my money on a local company ran by two decent people that offers brilliant service rather than giving it to Amazon or straight to Garmin.

Customer service at its very best. We bought a Montana 700 from GPS Training. As a first time exposure to a complex handheld GPS, we were more than a little twitchy. The staff at GPS Training held my hand throughout the purchase and their training modules which I am now 80% the way through are nothing short of stellar. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they do not just sell a box - they provide an after sales service and backup which is second to none.

Superb service by GPS Trg. Gave them my criteria via e mail. Jon replied almost immediately with his recommendation and link to videos of my GPS in use. Ordered my unit and it arrived 24 hrs later. The unit was already set up for me and the on line videos helped me use the unit on a 50 miler two days later. Great stuff

I recently bought a new Garmin etrex se from GPS training.The Company was Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. My order was received next day.Lots of help available if needed online and with email or phone support.All in all it was a pleasure to deal with.Good old fashion service.Will definitely use them again.

Great Service from Jon @ GPS Training. I wasn’t sure about what GPS product to buy as I wanted a GPS unit and a satellite communicator as well. An initial email with a few questions, resulted in a call from Jon an hour later to discuss the pro’s and con’s of a combined unit Vs. Two separate units. I went for the latter with full access to Jon’s clear and concise training site. Excellent service all around and highly recommended. Thanks

I recently bought a Garmin GPS67. I received excellent advice by telephone to guide me on the most appropriate model. The lady I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The online order was processed quickly and efficiently. The device arrived by courier ready to go, perfect. The online resources and training is excellent. Highly recommended!

GPS training are a superb company. One of the best businesses I have dealt with recently. I purchased a gps unit from them, there were no pressure sales even though I purchased a lower priced unit. Their support is outstanding. They sent extremely helpful emails linking me to online tutorials, without which I would definitely have made mistakes setting up and using my gps. I am reassured knowing that I have the option of email support should I need it. Also access to their 1.250 map for route planning is great. Unit delivered in the morning after ordered. Supporting paperwork giving a quick start guide extremely useful. Online training video package which comes with every unit supplied is superb. I've had a couple of Etrex units over the years, but this training made me understand how to use a GPS handheld so much better. Would thoroughly recommend GPSTraining for every GPS purchase.
