Terrible, pre ordered 8 meals, vegetarian option not available on the evening, even though it was pre ordered and meals arrived 1 at a time, with 10-15 minutes between each one. Delay of over an hour and a half from the first meal arriving and the last! Including us bar had 12 customers! Waitress apologised and said kitchen was small!Cocktail's were good but took forever.A shame as a great concept but let down by disorganisation and chaos!

Absolutely shocking bottomless brunch. My friend paid £60 for my 30th birthday for terrible service. The food was left on the bar to go cold for about 20 minutes before anyone even attempted to bring it over. 3 lots of customers got served there drinks at the bar with our food sat infront of them while no wanted to bring the food over. It was unlimited cocktails for 90mins but took 15mins between each order to then get our drink. My other friend who was paying separately but ordered at the same time got there drink within minutes. Clearly paying upfront seems to give the impression to the staff that they can just ignore there customers. Never again would I recommend this place to anyone. Once we tried to approach the staff they was rude and touched my food and expected me to take there word it was warm enough to eat. Two other tables got refunds due to the wait and lack of service but we was refused this. What a way to ruin someone's birthday surprise and treat!!!

The drinks were lovely but the experience was ruined by the rudeness and horrible attitude of a worker called Paula, on the other hand there were lovely kinda staff who was very attentive.

I have been here twice and both times place has been empty not a single customer. Both times person working has been pretty rude. We said just staying for one as we have dinner reservations . Told you can’t sit down as I have bookings and need to check.Seriously not a single person in there. Didn’t have the most basic ingredients. Didn’t offer a godfather couldn’t make pinacolada. Was almost hostile towards us. Went past later ohh and place was empty funny that thought they had lots of bookings. Don’t bother going pop over toOscar’s just a bit further up the road nice welcoming staff and better price

What a fantastic bar! Brilliant, friendly, approachable service. Incredible cocktails. Great choice of beers. Amazing atmosphere and decor. Well done!
