I made an appointment from my home in Spain over the phone, I received good customer service by Alison and arranged a visit to Chichester store when I came over to England. I received a reminder email the day before and everything was very professional from start to finish.When I arrived to the store, I was met by Sarah who was extremely friendly, kind and understanding.I had lots of questions that Sarah answered with honestly and with compassion.She measured me and found me everything I was looking for. Mastectomy shopping is very poor in all areas, but I am fortunate enough to live near here.The staff are friendly and appear supportive and understanding. The bra fitting experience left me feeling like there isn't a bra out there that I like that fits.Afterall, just because I have lost a breast doesn't mean I dont want to look and feel lovely in beautiful underwear rather than the victorian options being viewed.The shop stocks lines from other providers as well as their own manufactured garments. Sadly the choice is not vast as it seems this market has been missed.The shop is hidden away so shoppers are able to visit without others noticing. The parking is s slight issue.
