Martin has just framed two more prints for me - as usual, they were framed meticulously and I now go to him for all my framing. He never lets me down and my daughter has also taken artwork to get them framed and was so impressed with his advice and the ideas for framing. It’s now my son’s turn and Martin is pulling out all the stops for a very special print with UV glass and gold leaf - can’t wait to see the results!

Martin has framed much of our art collection over the years; his work is impeccable. Our most recent piece, a commissioned portrait of our beloved dog, whom we lost last year, was extra special to us for this reason. Martin handled it with the utmost care and attention and has certainly done our boy proud. Highly recommended.

Martin is so knowledgeable so taking things to him for restoration or framing is such a pleasure. He is very creative and has such an eye for suggesting finishes to suit the work and decor schemes. He is also happy to frame things according to value so you don't have to feel that you need to be taking a priceless painting only to him. Often has a beautiful selection of other things as gifts and is very well connected if you are looking to purchase paintings and prints. A great find in the Devon countryside.

The 3 day basic framing course really helped me to become much more confident. Martin was hugely informative and encouraged us to have a go at all the different processes without any pressure of making mistakes. We practiced on everything until we were happy and confident with using all the equipment. As a pet portrait artist, I am now extremely happy to be able to do all my own framing. I have booked to do the 2 day advanced course and am really looking forward to it. I thoroughly recommend that you call Martin if you are thinking about a framing course. 5* thank you!

I have just completed an introductory framing course with Martin Edwards at Insitju Fine Art and Conservation - it was fantastic! The whole three days were so informative and Martin manages to pack such a huge amount into the time without any sense of being rushed or pressured. It was relaxed and fun and Martin is a very patient teacher.From my home, I travelled 3 1/2 hours to Devon but would not hesitate to go back again and am very much looking forward to doing so for the advanced course.I would thoroughly recommend Insitju for training, also though, Martin comes across as being genuine and honest; I would be more than happy to pay for Insitju's framing or conservation services with confidence.
