App spinning circle waiting to authorise. I plugged in and it said charging - my card was being charged but not my car. I had this once before. When it works - great but trying to convince Instavolt about the problem is impossible.

Very good worked well. My only thought was the cables could be longer. Charging point at rear of the car and even reversing in the cable only just reached

Instavolt used to be the most reliable charging network, but recently about 50% of the machines I've tried to use are broken. My local one has been this way for 4 weeks despite me reporting it every time I go there! Unacceptable.

Touch screen became unresponsive at end of charge so had to call to have charge ended.

Once again sat waiting 10 minutes for the charger to release. Only ever happens with instavolt.To add to this, it's designed as a front loading parking space and my charging bay is at the rear so I had to do a complete u turn into oncoming traffic (1 way system in the carpark) to get access to the charge port...
