Greggs

i strongly recommend not going into this greggs after my experience today . my partner went in at around 11 to get a sausage roll for our daughter and when waiting to be served a member of staff who was late for work decided it would be OK to shoulder barge my partner out of her way , when my partner confronted the girl instead of apologizing she proceeded to give my partner a filthy look instead . after this first interaction with staff who's attitudes and conduct have much to be desired , my partner got served by a lady who looked miserable as anything and gave probably the poorest customer service i have experienced in a long time .. a smile doesn't cost anything might i add .. and to top this all of when i got the sausage roll from the bag i burnt my hand as clearly they were straight out of the oven , no warning was given to how hot the product was and might i add under uk health and food safety law food hot enough to burn someones hand should not be served bearing in mind it was intended to be given to a child under 1 . so all in all with poor customer service by staff who look miserable as anything as well as there being a practice of basically assaulting customers and not following basic health and safety ... dont go there ... go to the other greggs by Cex ...they are nicer and professional

Greggs is where to get fresh sandwiches and soft drinks. Reliable staff

They charged me for 2 star biscuits along with Donuts but didn’t handed over to my son. I had my three other kids with me and was busy to look after them. Also they don’t give you customer copy of your card payment. When I asked them on phone to refund me the money of two star biscuits the lady who was very rude on phone refused to do so and asked me to come back to get refund. When I told I live far away and my petrol cost will be more than the cost of biscuits she put the phone down. Very disappointed

This morning I went and got an amazing latte, as I was waiting for it to cool outside greggs I was feeding my 2 year old a snack and i accidently knocked over my delicious hot drink.... I was very sad coz it was very nice the mall staff cleaner cleaned it up bless him and I helped wiped little bits... my sister felt sorry for me so she went to buy another one for me and the the lovely ladies in Greggs gave the drink for free.... that put tears in my eyes the kindness in that gesture bless you ladies and hope there's more kindness like that around ♡ this made my day ❤️

Nice tiny store in the mall. Many times visited and so far no issues with food quality or with teams keep it up and work on maintaining your quality and hospitality. Just have concerns why no dip available

On my lunch break I usually go to Greggs next to Cex. The staff are always pleasant and friendly but today Bryc a member of your staff went above and beyond with his excellent manners and his lovely present. You are very lucky to have someone like him working for yourselves.

The cheese and onion pastries are delicious.

Greggs is a great place to have a quick bite. It has great selection. However I find there is not enough vegetarian options it woul have been amazing if they did some halal meat pasties too. But been eating from Greggs for many years and still enjoy it... But the chocolate eclairs have changed not as yummy as they used to be.Not very pleased that they charge you for eating in though.

I got these donuts a few days ago and I absolutely loved the chocolate one (did not like the strawberry one much). The onion and cheese patty is also a must try. The service is quick, staff is friendly and it’s the best place to have a meal to go. Easy on pocket. No halal options available (would be great if they had some)
