Absolutely poor customer service, company doesn't care about customers, after careor quality of their products or service.Stat avoid is not enough.Please don't regret your choices as you will be left with something to be fixed

Had Steph come out for all of our paper work and She was very lovely. Had Lee &Roy for our fitting and they are the dream team, neatly done and beautifully finished. Thanks all for a job well done.

Had Steph come out to measure up, had plenty of samples with her and was very friendly and chatty, not pushy at all. Very good price quoted so went ahead and was booked in for the following week and had Adam for fitting who was also friendly and did a great job. Steph called a few days later to make sure we were happy with it all. Really happy with everything from start to finish and would definitely recommend.

Had my stairs laid by this company and honestly I have zero complaints! The lady who came round and measured up was friendly and chatty and so helpful. The lovely lad that came and actually fitted the carpet was so polite and did and amazing job! We are certainly going back to new carpets in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Linda was really helpful and friendly, she gave us 3 quotes and helped us to decide so we could save money. Adam Plumb who came on the second round of fitting was really nice, he helped me move the furnitures and ensure the whole area is nice and clean before leaving. I was told to pay £60 remaining from the first fitting but got to know from Adam that I had to pay £25 on top which I’m not sure what it is for. I was quite disappointed with Tom and Bubile. They were so rushed in getting the job done that I didn’t get to check the flat as they took all their things and paperwork downstairs for me to sign and found out later they threw/took away all the door stoppers and didn’t place back the fixed door stoppers. I also told them to put the used carpets in the garbage room but didn’t expect them to throw like it was a skipper. They threw all the carpets and underlays till the door was blocked. The management then complain so then I had to fold and move everything by myself. They insisted to not help me move unless I pay them more. I know they probably have another job hence why they were so quick in finishing but I paid them for moving the furnitures and remove the carpets.

Steph was great and brought out all of the carpet samples and helped me make a decision. I'm really happy with the results and with Phil's fitting.They also managed to book me in for an urgent installation.

Lee and kev fitted laminate flooring to front living room and hall fantastic job, left the house spotless, highly recommend them friendly per of lads, going to get them back to do the kitchen floor.

Nice people but wouldn’t use again. Who has metal edging on a landing with laminateSurely beading. Finally got it all changed,,like they were doing me a favour. No just a good job please. It looks like a ruff job done and there quick enough to take ur money… We’ve already had to glu some edges of carpet and beading. They are called Lazy for a reason. Don’t use!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. STEPH has been an absolute start, super patient with us and explained everything really clear. She did an estimate for me over the phone without even seeing the house and it was pretty accurate. Thank you again Steph for your help.Definitely recommend it
