Amazing service by everybody at Reeds Rains. Andy the valuer was knowledgeable, friendly and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision. After taking the plunge Toni and Lesley booked 10+ viewings and had my house sold within the week. I found myself in a long and frustrating chain however the manager Roy went above and beyond to push the sale through and get my family moved in before Christmas. We have recently used Reeds Rains Estate Agents in Chorley to sell a property and we are very happy with the service. We have mostly dealt with Roy and Toni who have been absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains at Chorley if you are looking to sell a property. Our property went on sale on the Monday, we had a viewing on the Tuesday and it sold by Wednesday. I found Roy and Toni very professional in what they do and we was kept well informed of anything that was required by us and any answers we needed answering they was there to answer.

Lucy really looked after me when finding my first rental. From answering the phone to finding me a place that hadn’t even been listed yet, her and her team were really understanding and supporting. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will hopefully continue to use them in the future.

Very good team at Chorley branch, they know the market well and advise accordingly, never felt any pressure. Roy is fantastic guy who goes extra mile when required. We sold through them and he helped with getting gardening done & did bit of cleaning himself and provided with meter readings when required. Reason for 4stars is their recommend solicitors were double the price of my solicitor and increased the price after we agreed to their initial quote following which it went up by another c£800(also wasted bit of our time) , my solicitor did it for half the charge. Also although we didn't appointment their recommended solicitors there was massive data protection breach wherein they sent us info of some other transactions and although we advised them to delete our all data they still emailed again with details of other transactionsafter in few weeks, also we wanted to transact through exclusivity agreement which initially was fine but after we appointed the team this didn't work out.Thanks again to Roy & team.

Brilliant! Really helpful and professional team which is exactly what you need in a stressful moving situation. Roy went above and beyond from the beginning when I viewed the property, even though I was running late! He also kept me up to date with everything and messaged me when the solicitors needed information and I hadn't checked my emails due to being in meetings at work. This helped me keep on top of everything leading to a quick and smooth purchase. If I ever move again I would definitely use Reeds Rains Chorley office. Thank you!
