Shaun, did a superb job on my Mondeo Vignale. Very professional, thorough and customer focused. I will certainly use his services again. An overall excellent and convenient valeting service at a very reasonable price.

Had my car valeted today by Shaun at SMS Valeting & Detailing. We had great communication during the run up to my appointment and Shaun arrived early today. He got on with washing, polishing, hoovering and cleaning the inside and outside of my car and it looks fabulous! Better than the day I bought it! I chose the silver valet and I am really happy, it is spotless, I would definitely recommend Shaun and his company to anyone who is thinking of having their car valeted.

I don't normally write any reviews, but this service deserves it. We were looking for someone to give a proper valet of our cars and booked Shaun after local recommendations. I had in my mind what a valet was, but all I can say is that my car has never been valeted before when I look at Shaun's work. Our 6 year old car honestly looked and smelled like new. And I mean like new - even when we looked in real detail. His work is unbelievable and I spent 10 minutes after he finished just sitting in the car marveling at the change.I expected (and would have been happy) to pay way more than he charged too.There are not many times in life when your expectations are totally exceeded, but having Shaun clean and detail your car is one.Book him. You won't be disappointed.

We have a 62-reg Honda CR-V which has never been cleaned since we got it a couple of years ago. It was a tip inside and particularly messy at the back where it had done garden centre duties and very many runs to the local tip. Shaun came this morning and worked most of the day on this as our small Merc A-class. I just couldn’t believe how they had both been transformed! The Honda really did look as though iy had just come from a showroom and Shaun’s fee was ridiculously small for such skilled and hard work. We had to wait a week or two, but how well worth it was that! Shaun should be very proud of his business, with absolutely EVERYTHING: top quality, bottom price and a very engaging personality! Who could even TRY anywhere else? Very best wishes for the future!

Shaun did an incredible job on my car today. When he arrived, the interior of my car was full of fur from my moulting Labrador...now no longer! I now have a car I can be proud of! It looks (and smells) amazing. I really couldn’t recommend SMS more highly! Thank you, Shaun!

Shaun did a brilliant job on both mine and my Mum’s cars, my seats were water stained but my whole car inside and out now looks brand new! He’s a lovely guy and was honest in recommending which valet to go for, not wanting us to spend more than we had to. Shaun did a fantastic job on my Discovery he washed and polished the whole car and it looked amazing. It was like I’d just picked it up from the showroom if not better. He was quick to come back to me after I enquired about what I wanted and his communication was great. He turned up on time and got straight on with the job. Highly recommend!!!
