She dealt with all the viewings and and potential buyers and as a result was the person who knew the property and could give advice accordingly. We had a great experience with Michael Graham Stony Stratford. The brochure they produced was outstanding - Ollie the photographer was exceptional. The whole team were great, but Scott in particular (who looked after our sale) was superb. Good communication, flexible, but above all really personable and attentive - treated us like individuals. I think we will now miss the multiple-times daily calls we had with Scott around exchange and completion!

Michael Graham handled the sale of our house in Stony Stratford. From the beginning, the service was highly professional, efficient, transparent and friendly. We felt listened to and properly informed throughout the process. The professional photographs of our property were of a very high standard. The commission was fair. The marketing strategy and approach was professional, as were the viewings. I always felt that the agent handling our sale, Anna Di Rosa, had our best interests at heart and made potential buyers feel at home in our property. When it came time to negotiate with potential buyers, Anna handled the process respectfully, honestly and fairly. We were involved in quite a long chain, much of which was being handled by Michael Graham, and they managed to keep the whole thing together to the extent that I never doubted that our sale and purchase would go ahead. The rest of the Michael Graham team is also great - Stuart Headland and Scott Reynolds in particular. I hope we don't sell in the near future but if we do we will definitely choose Michael Graham again.

After a lengthy process we managed to execute the completion. Had a lot of obstacles during the process. Thanks to Anna Di Rosa, we managed to overcome these. She was really proactive and responsive when it comes to customer service and problem solving. Arguably she was the best person i dealt with in this country in terms of these qualities. Without her, we would not have achieved the completion on time. You know the solicitors!!!. I do not know the other agents in Michael Graham but Anna Di Rosa is highly recommended.
