I’ve been a client for 7 years and they are absolutely useless! I’ve been passed around 4 solicitors all had completely different advice and all had to start at the beginning at my cost. I went to another as I was losing thousands of pounds a year and the other law firm said my case was simple and they could resolve it this year. But GHP has given me a leaving fee of over £3300 and are withholding my paperwork until I pay. I would happily pay if they had done any work but I gave them all of that paperwork or paid them in advance for what little they have done. Also they didn’t know what to do so they called in a barrister which cost me £900 only later to find out it should only of cost me £300. This law firm doesn’t care about winning cases only to drag out their clients work to cost them more money.

Had a horrid invoice after attending a 'Free' 30minutes legal advice service. Within which we were never made aware of any costs that could be involved (having asked on numerous occasions), we were rushed in and out like cattle and subsequently charged for other types of services WITHOUT our prior knowledge or understanding! very disappointed and would certainly never reccomend this firm. Another firm just down the road were a complete contrast to how we were handled at ghp.

Kellie Lewis at GHP legal in Oswestry is an absolutely brilliant conveyancing solicitor, she has done both selling and buying for me. I found her to be responsive, prompt, professional and lovely to deal with. No hesitation in recommending her.

They finally managed to complete the sale. But in every way they were terrible. Emails asking for the wrong thing, losing the report I had to fill in for 29 days. Asking for statements about the property without telling me that an electronic copy wouldn't do. Having to be reminded about our bank account. The list goes on. Avoid so that you can keep your blood pressure low.

After asking for help with a previous case, asking a simple question of confirming which schedule is correct I call for help, I physically go into the office for help as it’s urgent they say they’ll sort it straight away but 3 days later I’ve still heard nothing. I feel as though they’re not interested in helping unless they’re getting money straight up. I don’t think it was a big ask I was asking for but there you go.
