Buying a house can be stressful but have to say Charlie was fantastic in guiding us through it and was always on the ball and prompt when issues surfaced. Couldn't recommend him highly enough for his professionalism. Well done Charlie and team Andrews.

I called Andrews out of the blue as I had viewed another house on the same road as the one Andrews had for sale, spoke with George and asked if we could view the house there and then as we were already outside. George was happy and able to accommodate a viewing straight away. We had a look around the property and on leaving made an offer. With a bit of negotiating with the vendor the deal was done. The whole process was easy and stress free. Big credit to George for showing us the house at such short notice. If I was a vendor I would be very happy with how George acted and ultimately got the deal done. A lot of other agents don't even have the courtesy to call you back when you wish to view a property!

I had one contact person in general. Once the sale had been agreed I was kept up to date by both my solicitor, the 'closer' from Andrews and my local contact. The latter in particular rang me on a number of occasions to update me on progress. This was particulary welcome as I don't live in the UK and so couldn't visit the property or agents in person on a regular basis. Thanks, Charlie.
