I regret to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with The Gym Group. Their lack of transparency in providing invoices, additional charges without explanation, and unhelpful customer service, which appears indifferent due to their third-party involvement, have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It’s disheartening to feel that their primary concern is solely centered around payments, with a seemingly blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, the suspicion of fake reviews further erodes any confidence I had in their commitment to genuine customer feedback.

Big gym with decent range of equipment but can’t get on most at busy time. There’s not enough classes and the few I’ve attempted to go to, the instructors haven’t turned up eg Joshua tonight so I’m leaving the gym. Shout out to Kerry who tried to find him and offered to help although was doing a PT, the other guys didn’t seem to care.

A good gym with all the equipment you'd need generally. I think maybe due to location its always really busy whenever i have gone so i've often had to wait to use the equipment. Only reason i gave it 4star is because there's only about 5 benches for the whole gym in the free weights area. At busy times you could be waiting a while.

Overall great equipment at the gym … well managed for the size of this commercial gym. I gave some critical feedback on areas of improvement and the manager called me straight away to say they are addressing. It’s nice to be heard as the gym if an important part of my life and nice that feedback is important to them. So kudus to Alisha! Keep up the good work!

Nice clean gym and decent equipment marred by little chavs having gang meetings inside and not even working out how they can afford a membership is beyond me as they're clearly unemployed. Also one had the nerve to rack up a line of coke by the weights section everyone turns a blind eye it's ok during the day but at night it's like being in Harlem needs more supervision

As a female, it’s important to feel safe and comfortable working out, this is definitely the case at North Harrow, with smiley staff. Decent equipment with never much of a wait if at all. Could do with a few more benches since the refurb!

I’m somewhat disappointed with the upgrade today. The removal of the lateral raise machine and now only one hamstring curl machine from three previously (I preferred using the seated version) is very frustrating. I’d always hoped a second fly/rear delt machine would have been added to the gym, as members are always struggling to get time on that machine, so one more would have been helpful. Overall still a good gym but had hoped for a better planned upgrade, especially now that the free weights section looks very cramped for space.
