Stayed in room 12, on first floor.Negatives: The TV made an annoying noise when on. Hook on bathroom door very loose. If I was staying for two days I would have informed the hotel. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.

We stayed for one night the room was very clean and we had evening meal and breakfast. All very good will stay again when we are in the area.

Great pub/Hotel. Well situated just outside of town centre. Rooms comfortable with nice en-suite bathroom. Mattress a little bit too soft & lumpy but OK, excellent breakfast menu, food freshly cooked to order, Great value, friendly & efficient staff.

Fabulous place to stay, and a chilled but bubbly atmosphere which was perfect for a meal and pints outside. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome, and purpose-built accommodation right next to the pub was just what we needed. Great menu with Thai and traditional pub options, and a decent selection of drinks and real ales.

I took my daughter here for breakfast on a Saturday morning recently. I have to say a fantastic breakfast, well cooked and very reasonably priced. Claire is also a great host, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
