After speaking with a lot of different agents in the South Bristol area I found Stephen Maggs to be incredibly refreshing as they had none of the usual smarmy estate agent rubbish. Highly reccomended their straight forward no nonsense approach. They were fair in their dealings and negotiations.Cliff and Nigel both went the extra mile to help us with access to the property so that we could get construction work underway as soon as the sale completed.
