I really wish I could say MKW is as great as many have said.The team was efficient. They were great communicators.I knew I had to go an see the materials myself and see what it will look like and so I did.What was made vs what they said would be the top design was completely different from what I expected. Maybe there is something wrong with my eyes. Giant tiger/calligraphy stripes vs bold black veins are 2 different things.The design I requested had smaller veins with no weird graphic grey patches. What I got was... giant tiger streak blacks. I requested for a refund/replacement and was pushed back. I am now seeking help from consumer rights organisations.I should have checked in and done more detail reviews - I just trusted the many reviews on Google maps.

MKW have been incredible from start to finish in what has been a very very difficult build project. Issues that were caused entirely by the builder were remedied at MKW's time and expense when they really could have pushed the effort to others. They provided great advice and direction, were on-site regularly and provided a very personal service.Every member, Lana, Ion but especially Marina, were constantly on hand and contactable to discuss options and help select the best path.I'm really pleased with the finish and with the workmanship. I'd recommend MKW any time for the great job they did.
