Friendly and helpful, good guidance on least expensive way to get prints, keys have always worked. Use this branch regularly over the one in Sainsburys, open at 8.30 rather than 9.00am, Excellent service every time

IV come to this store many times and shocked if how the elderly man with glaces refused to exchange a mistake but I made.I purchased a twin pair of 45cm laces fir my shoes but unfortunately discovered I got wrong size.I asked him if he could just exchange them for me.He refused and insisted that because the packet was already open that they can't be resold.I then called customer services to enquirer about his attitude and I was told that anwould be allowed.So I went back to ask again but he insisted I was wrong and refused to exchange.It was only when I said I'm make complaint that he finally gave in and exchanged the item.But his final say to me was now get out of my workshop!"Really rude man and not customer friendly."

Myself and my Dad went into Timpson’s in Witney on the High Street on Friday 11th August 2023 around 1pm lunchtime and we were absolutely appalled with the lack of customer service by the man who was behind the counter. We had travelled 14 miles to come to Timpson’s as my Dad had heard them advertised on the radio. He took a motorbike key in for them to have a look at and offer their advice, the man was incredibly rude, uninterested, patronising and sarcastic. Both myself and my father will never recommend anyone to use Timpson’s in Witney now. Awful experience and the man who served me and my Dad today really needs to have a lesson in customer service and manners. Extremely disappointed.

I had to attend a funeral at short notice and my shoes looked very sorry for themselves. Gave them to Mr Williams and 1/2 a day later they honestly looked brand-new again. Very grateful for this incredible service. Thanks again.

Absolutely love Timpsons in the High St in Witney. Best of all Mr Williams who runs the shop provides proper old fashioned customer service, is always courteous, and is extremely knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to go there.

Excellent service. Staff were very patient and helpful with taking passport photos of our newborn. On top of that they were happy to retake photos at our request after we left the shop and came back at no extra cost! Customer service at its best! Thanks again

I had a lovely lady who was going to join the Navy. She helped me sort out which keys, found one that was different so I could identify it. She had a nice chat as we waited for the key to be cut. It’s rare that you get genuine people, great service and advice. Thank you - would recommend for sure!

Hello Mr Williams, I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.I had been turned away by every single Timpsons in my local area (Wiltshire) with some security keys that made the lay-man employees shiver.However, they did have knowledge of Mr Williams, a veteran of the Timpsons franchise, once he laid eyes on our unusal lock liberators, told us to be back in a couple of hours.He handed us our gleaming copies back after our excursion around the town, and although he had his apprehension for these newborn keys in our less than virgin locks, to our delight, they worked splendidly and effortlessly.Thank you again, Mr Williams. Your decades of forbearance has provided us with great confidence.

Staff were OK but quite expensive for key cutting @ £12 per key. One key out of four did not work so had to go back again.
