Usually a 5 star. But was greeted by a new wretchedly unhappy and uncomfortable female staff member. That I actually left and went to the nearest Timpson shop.Lacks basic common sense and basic manners that you'd expect. I would never enter the shop if shes's working.

Yesterday afternoon I was rushing to work and I needed my boots to be fixed before today and the kind lady did an amazing job with my boots and with making the process fast . Unfortunately, I did not get her name but her kindness made my day.

Visited Croydon East Station as I needed a special engraving on the back of a watch for my partner. I spoke to a very helpful man there called Steve - he did an amazing job and just what I asked for. Prompt friendly service. Will be recommending to friends and family! Thanks Steve!
