I approached Mark to facilitate the awayday for our senior team as he offered a good understanding of team dynamics within small-medium businesses, such as ours. I wanted someone to draw the best out from people, to get them thinking creatively and to believe that they could achieve more than they thought possible, and he did all these things.In working with Mark, I have discovered that his marketing abilities and know how are refreshing and he is now working with us as we undertake a rebranding exercise.I would encourage other businesses considering engaging Mark to do so, and to reap the benefits of his undoubted abilities and know how.
