ATTENTION to Anybody purchasing there dream home on The Wolsey Estate, The show houses have white rising damp patches all over the walls and the houses built on poplar lane only when it hasn't rained for a while is visible more, You can be assured it will always come back, You'll only have to ask anybody from no2 to no12 poplar lane if there's have problems with this, The foundations were left open to the elements for 12mths + I hope this helps and you think and ask others living there now,Always tayler wimpey vans doing repairs to new homes, Also how Alan Mills he site manger got away with pullinga1000+yr listed old hedge down is beyond me a total disregarde to nature human life acctuly anything or anyone i hope you get to meet him if you have any complaints watch him smirk about it I hope this help and you choose a better build in a quite location away from A14

My girlfriend bought a 3 bedroom house and white damp patches which are on show home wall has turned up on mine tayler wimpey have looked and says it's Salthouse come now at weaverfeild persimmon homes Hadleigh don't have none and in a very nice rural location. Please ask others also I noticed white damp bricks on the walls on no2 to number 10 if you ask them avoid these house like the plauge, also the Lorrys on A14 are loud its the main arteral route for anything from Felixstowe docks to the North and the sound proof fence has done nothing, Woke up by containers banging down road don't view on weekend road is quiter but in week diffent matter,The site manger just smirks if there's problem and trys to change subjects from the damp issue which will never be resolved by them self's , just look at what the house you mite buy at wolsey Grange will. E worth a lot less as it may turn in to a getto in 10-15yrs like Ipswich docks and ravens wood
