Belgrave Care

Just received a voicemail from this company, despite only being a contact for my partner's medical emergencies. The manager Lorraine has contacted me, insulting my partner, calling them disgusting" and "rude" to me

Confirmed care plan and then they cancelled, blaming myself for not confirming quick enough even though they had agreed and not done contract yet which wasn't my fault. Stated reason due to taking a hostel on instead. Feel upset and anxious now, my husband is 90 years old and doesn't understand.

Nice and friendly staff

I’ve known Lorraine for about 10 years and she owns and runs the best care company in Chester. She opened Belgrave Care so she could provide a quality service to her customers. I’d choose and recommend Belgrave to anyone. Excellent service, well run and a friendly service who ALWAYS puts her customers needs first. This is what a care company should be like.
