Essex Boot Camp - Colchester
I am on several of the photos of this place, so my opinion might come across as biased. However, there are reasons for which my review is 5 stars: our coach is very knowledgeable and creative with his sessions, being part of this group of people feels very much like family and my body and mind appreciate the diverse tough outdoor sessions.

I am very new member. For me it is very hard(while had 6-7years brake without fitness), but I really enjoy all clases. Every class is different and fun. Also very friendly international team :) And already seeing first results, in just 4 times attending. Thank you, Jack.Really recommend !!!

Really good exercise for all levels. Not a big group, individual attention from trainer, everyone super friendly. Definitely worth giving it a go

Essex Boot Camp - Colchester
EBC Colchester was a great place for me to restart my fitness journey. Jack is an excellent instructor and provides a variety of exercises which meet the needs of the fittest to those who are trying to get fit and improve their lifestyle choices - I would thoroughly recommend it!

Very friendly atmosphere. Knowledgable Trainers ( Jack and Wez ) . I lost 7 kg easily . Haven't seen any 2 sessions similar .
