El Shaddai Laudia Hair

If you have 4C hair I do not recommend you go here at all! I booked to have cornrows done. My hair was a bit damp so It had to get blow dried (I paid an extra 10 pounds). The lady was literally pulling my hair, it was very obvious she did not know how to handle 4C hair. She changed the brush she was using 3 times while complaining. The ends of my hair were completely matted by the time she was done. When she started braiding, she was two cornrows in when i asked that she give me a center parting and she started complaining that customers complain to much that is why she hates helping her friend and that she doesn't work here, she only helping her friend. Like I wasn't paying for the service. In all, terrible terrible service. I left there with a headache. She didn't apply anything on my hair to soften it, she just braided through my matted hair with me wincing all through. Never again.

Luadia keeps everything well-organized and clean at her salon and she provide the best natural hair of London. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I'm really happy I found them on Instagram @laudiahair. I highly recommend this business.

I went here to remove my braids, wash, deep condition and cornrow my hair.The staff were friendly and helpful, as I brought my own pre-shampoo deep conditioner and normal deep conditioner to use.The hairdresser who attended to me is very good. She took care of my natural hair well (not pulling whilst combing, washing it properly, blow-drying it carefully and the plaiting was very neat and not painful).Though she doesn't speak Engkisg, so communication was difficult (she's Portuguese), I highly recommend her and will go back for more hair services in future.

I've been going to this salon since its inception and the quality always improves, it does all kinds of extensions, coloring, braids and sells very good quality extensions.

I came here to glue on my ready made wig which was already customised and received a terrible job as well as service. The lack of organisation of this shop is abysmal. They also stole my dome wig head that I brought the wig on and when i came back to get it I was insulted by the grey head lady that sits on the desk but claims not to work at the shop. The only thing i would say is the lady who did my cornrows is a hard worker and actually tries, but the owner herself is a disgrace.

Made two wait 4 hours even though I came for a specific time then afterwards didn’t even get the hairstyle I wanted as the hair dresser wasn’t experienced enough. Don’t go here no good service

I went to the shop and I buy some, hair extensions , and I really like it is one of the best shop that I ever bought hair from it is amazing ❤️

I had a really nice service and very pleasant communication, I have been back several times to do my hair extensions and always a spectacular outcome. Always feel welcome and appreciated and comfortable during the process, using the best products for my hair and never had any damage , hair feels healthy always!
