Gave this place a chance for the THIRD time only to be disappointed again.Called the order in, 20 minute wait time advised, took 47m for collection. Tried to make allowances for this as it was a fairly large order.2 x Chicken burgers rubbery and undercooked, lacking effort.3 x munch box orders prepared incorrectly. asked for LAMB donner, given chicken (this also happened last time, we hoped that they’d get it right this time) so all of that went to wasteTex Mex wrap was extremely spicy, couldn’t finish it. This should have some kind of spice advisory on the menu.If you like fancy packaging then this place is for you, otherwise don’t waste your time or money as the food is consistently underwhelming.Sorry :(

The Burger was the crowning glory of this take away, the Loaded Fries came in second but didn't think much of the Chicken Wings.If you're after one the best burgers in crawley then it has to be Jimmies. Already looking forward to my next one!!

I had the munchbox was really nice, the donnor that they do here is easily the best tasting meat.Would recommend they charged £15 but made the box bigger. This was too nice ❤️. Definitely coming back.

Our Jimmies Munch Box pickup experience was a delight! The Double Patty Smashed Beef Burger, House Special Naga Doner, Wings, Tender, and sides were an absolute treat. The flavors were spot-on, and we absolutely loved every bite. Highly recommend this culinary gem!

Ordered 5 times now through ubereats. Absolute delicious food. Have had the munch box, burgers and loaded fries and they're all brilliant!

We ordered two Jimmies munch boxes at £12.99 each today for 6.05pm. The food was a little late, by about 20 minutes, but I understand they use 3rd party delivery services and I do live in a very busy area of town.When the food arrived it was packed nicely, still warm, and looked great. In the munch box you get a double-patty smash burger, two wings, a chicken strip, a portion of doner meat, and a portion of chips.The burger was fantastic with lots of mayo and lovely caramelised onions, the bun was brioche but didn't fall apart like some seem to.The wings and strip were of good quality chicken and loaded with sauce of which you get a choice of 4 for both items, we had bbq and sweet chili, both of which were sticky and tasty.The doner was decent and fresh and does come with a Naga sauce which we did not get as we do not like spice, the only thing I would change is that there is no option on the website/app to take this off but there is a box for notes for the cook" which worked just as well. I did phone the restaurant to check whether it was the meat or sauce and the person who answered was very friendly and very happy to answer any questions.The chips were tasty but a little soggy from having been in the same box and with mayo on top

I am a sucker for a good smashburger. Second time getting delivery from here. The burgers are the star of the show but the sides leave a bit to be desired. Burgers alone are a 4/5 and are quite good.Donner box is decent and quite good value as it has a variety of items in it. The Donner meat is tasty with a nice spicy kick.My main issue is with sides lacking seasoning or flavour. Wings and tenders were cooked well but both were bland.. no seasoning. Chips are a bit underdone but again the main issue was no seasoning or flavour! They could really do with being tossed in a house rub or something.Also got a dip chicken burger. Nice sized piece of chicken and a decent sauce on it.Waffle was larger than expected and comes with ice cream too. Super fluffy and not dense/dry at all.Overall it's decent. Stick to the burgers I would say and it's a 4/5 experience.

I went there and asked before paying about the wait time. I was told 20 min but it took 40 min. Waiting all that time with kids is challenging and the kids were abset. The Chicken Deluxe Burger tasted horrible it went to the bin. The Jim's Burger was OK but found some rubbery pieces in the meat.The food looked appealing and the packaging was nice but quality of the food is terrible.I will never go back there ever again or order from them.
