Our order was placed and payed for by phone,so could be a bit risky. Our flowers for mum were sent straight to the undertakers and they were stunning.In fact all family members used First Impressions and each display was beautiful. Just gave instructions over thethe phone and everything was done for us. The flowers were top quality,in factwe dismantled the stunning casket arrangement and the flowers are nowbeing enjoyed in vases at homeI can highly recommend this florist.

First Impression Flowers provided our flowers for both of my grandparents funerals and both times we’ve been delighted with the quality of the wreaths (the first was quite a skilled and intricate football club crest design)Furthermore - the service and reliability was first class - everything taken care of professionally and reliably which is very important, one less thing to worry about for these occasions. Thank you Claire for the wonderful flowers for mum’s funeral. The red roses were a delight as she was a “red rose girl”. The flowers from the grandchildren were all beautiful too and I have them in my garden now (one week on) still going strong. We have used you twice now and I can’t thank you enough for making the send off for our mum complete, with all the beautiful flowers you produced for the coffin. Would recommend you always.

First Impression done the flowers for my Nan's funeral 2 days ago and can i say the most beautiful flowers ever. They listened to all the colours and the quality of the flowers were amazing. Could not recommend them enough. They done all the flowers in the picture.
