Malvern View Spa

Not so impressed at the Malvern Spa.....found the pool very cold, jacuzzi out of order and when i called the day before our visit to book a treatment i was told we could wait until we arrived and decide then on our treatment, only to find when we did arrive there was no availabiliy. Very disapointing, we were offered a free return visit. Also your Spa needs a new name....this is very misleading with the exceptional Malvern Spa

Really lovely staff, I can't fault them. However the cleanliness of the spa was a real issue for us. It was filthy! And I mean filthy! The changing rooms weren't so bad, but a lot of hair on the floor and towels left out from other clients that hadn't been cleaned away. The spa floor was shocking. With the windows just there as well, it looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in days. There were muddy shoe prints, cups, and dirty towels again. The friendly staff member was on her own but the spa is so small there's no reason why this place was so dirty.We visited for the Twilight spa evening. As soon as we got there we were told the experience bath wasn't working... It was under maintainence. We ordered 2x glasses of prosecco which were kindly then given to us for free as an apology.With the deal we got a 2 course meal". The staff again were fantastic. However the restaurant is very dated

Nice place. Comfortable rooms. Bit on the old fashioned side in places. Had to wait ages for food as only one chef on though. Spa nice but small. V clean

Wonderful 5 star massage by the delightful Jodie. Dropped a star as the spa facilities can’t accommodate many people. Small pool, small jacuzzi, small steam room.

The best spa I've yet been to. Fab facilities, quiet, uncrowded, spotless, delicious scents, gorgeous pool & poolside lounge area. Lovely restaurant, good food & top service. They cater for vegans very well. The therapists and staff in the spa are friendly & helpful, offering wonderful treatments tailored to your needs. You can sample Temple Spa products while there.I've been to many different spas & had variable experiences from good to poor, but Malvern View Spa is consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

My friend and I went there on 09.06.2023 for 1/2 spa at Malvern View Spa, we will not return and will not recommend. The jacuzzi was broken, steam room stink, the pool arwa was dusty and dirty.There were no receptionist otherwise we would have said our experience were not enjoyable.

We are members of the spa and the staff are wonderful we took our grandchildren on Saturday afternoon and we all had such lovely family time in the pool and sitting outside with our drinks and the children had some lovely cheesy chips ! The staff could not do enough for us .Thank you x

Absolutely cracking spa! We had a lovely spa experience. The pool and steam rooms etc are fab, immaculately clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had wonderful treatments, really excellent and the cream tea had delicious scones. The day was so relaxing, the spa so well organised and the staff were brilliant. 10/10! Thank you!

Disappointing.Paid £400 for a one night spa break including a 60 minute treatment and bed and breakfast. i booked with coolstays. coolstays stated the dinner would include vegetarian options, however there was only one which was soup. so we ended up eating out. the hotel was dirty and the cleaner hadn't even cleaned the toilet when we checked in. the spa itself was nice although the pictures are deceiving, the pool is very small and can only fit around 4/5 people comfortably. the hot tub was very small and can only fit two people yet others try and squeeze in while your trying to relax then have the cheek to look at you like your the awkward one. if you was a spa to get away from everyone and have a nice relaxing time do not choose this spa.
