Haven't physically been to the shop - but have called up 2-3 times in the last year to purchase new kit through the shop for delivery. The staff are always so helpful and friendly on the phone. I absolutely love Páramo clothing - but the customer service definitely makes it worthwhile using the brand.

abysmal customer service - ordered a product and wasted two days waiting for delivery. Was told someone would contact me in an automated mail, no one has. With no shops open we have to order online but the performance of suppliers and their couriers (dpd in this case) is just hopeless. will never use again.

It's full of paramo coats - does what it says on the tin. Some ranges short on sizes, but much more available than most online outlets so well worth the trip. Staff knowledgeable and helpful, then leaving us to investigate our own decisions.

I travelled a long way to visit the London Paramo store, and it more than lived up to my expectations. The two staff were very well informed and relaxed, they let me try on everything I wanted to look at and answered all of my questions patiently, as well as engaging with my little boy I had dragged along with me. Having bought Paramo online before, it was such a treat to see it all up close, feel the fabric, try the zips and generally geek out about it. I felt relaxed making the purchase knowing I had bought the right size and fit. Looking forward to my next visit.

Friendliest staff I've ever come across. Stopped by the shop after wearing the brand for years and it was worth the wait. Great range of kit and both staff members were extremely engaging and a pleasure to talk to. Well Done Paramo for your exceptional levels of customer service.

My partner and I visited the shop last week to buy our first Paramo jackets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and wanted to make sure you got what was best for you. Really enjoyed whole experience and loving our jackets. Can't recommend enough.

thought I'd treat myself to the dog's bolloks waterproof jacket for my birthday in a few months. upon entering the shop, staff immediately acknowledge me, and asked what I had in mind. I have looked at the company website, so I had a good idea what jacket I wanted. I tried on a couple and ended up buying the original jacket I wanted. I was in the shop for less than twenty minutes!

Such an incredibly great shop. The go to place for good quality and eco friendly outdoor gear. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and super helpful and really willing to give up their time to advise on which products suit best.

Right, I have to be honest here that I am a fan of Paramo clothing. However, I cannot thank the staff of the shop enough for being so friendly and helpful during my recent visit to London. It was my first visit to the store since it moved and I was most impressed. One problem though, I might have got away without buying anything this time but when I return to London in February, I will be buying a jacket!

I visited for the first time on Saturday. I was looking for a waterproof to use for hiking. The staff member was very helpful, spent time making sure I was aware of all options and waited whilst I tried several on. He offered the second hand" rail in case I wanted to try at a reduced price and explained how trade in works. The choice was made and I got exactly what I wanted. Recommended."
