We have this year employed Ben to draw up plans for our house extension. The whole process was very clearly written and explained to us, with a 'customer process leaflet' giving us full information regarding all of the stages from start to finish, including as and when payments were required. These stages were completed very professionally and we were kept informed all the way through. Ben was very approachable and open to all of our ideas. We have received a full pack with all drawings in hard copy and electronic. A list of Builders were given to us, on request and they are all familiar with Ben's Drawings, which makes life easier when arranging quotes etc. We are now at the stage of recruiting a company to produce our ideas... once complete, we hope to have photographs to show Ben just how his drawings have come to life. We needed to get a Certificate of Lawfulness for a loft conversion carried out three years earlier. Despite not being in the country, and as a result, never meeting at any stage of the project, Ben made the whole thing really easy. Very highly recommended.

Nothing but praise!Since the beginning of the process, Ben was accommodating, clear and to the point. The handout you receive at the start explaining the process is a little bit of genius that really helped us understand the end to end process quickly and easily.The plans were drawn up quick, with great quality and all of our feedback and questions were considered.As for dealing with the planning application, it was a breeze. I barely had anything to do. Ben and his team ensured it was all dealt with and the application went through first time with no amendments.Any question I had, they were on email or phone ready to help.
