Purchased a chair June 2020, the back broke March 2022. Was told engineers would be here in about 5 days it was in fact 5 weeks. The reason the chair broke was only 2 screws had been put in each metal plate when in fact there should have been 6 screws in each. There never had been the correct number of screws fitted holding the back as there were no screw holes. I bought this chair as I wanted to buy British & paid double what other chairs were selling for made in China. I may as well have paid less & gone for a Chinese one which may have been better made. Would certainly not recommend this company as the customer service is almost non existent.
