Divine experience at Spa connect Intercontinental Park lane . Great customer service .The spa was relaxing with lovely choice of essential oils and advanced facial.Myself and my wife had a massage and facial . We left glowing! We have been introduced to have a non invasive facial this time . The therapist were wonderful and each treatment is personalised which is really nice touch . We will be back and highly recommend .Worth every penny.Thank you

Recently attended the spa for a massage treatment. I was stunned by the level of service received by this spa. The ladies on the desk were amazing and so friendly and made me feel at ease.The massage treatment I had was with Alice and it was the best message I’ve had! she was so friendly and caring and lovely to speak with throughout the treatment.I would recommend & return back here

The experience was exceptional, from the moment we stepped in to the moment I left, the atmosphere was relaxing and the masseuses were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They ensured every need was met!The facilities were clean and beautiful.I highly recommend and we will definitely be coming again!

Fantastic! A well-deserved 5 out 5 ! Everyone i came across from booking in at the reception until i left was,friendly,patient and incredible helpful. I was booked as a birthday treat for myself and it delivered on every level. I had one of the best deep tissues massage for 90 min .I went in with tight , tens and stressed body and come out 90 min later floating on air. The massage was followed by delicious petit four and glass of champagne . I can't fault my experience , I loved every minutes.Thank you ladies, I will be back soon.

Spa Connect at InterContinental Park Lane
The spa was simply stunning. It's hard to believe it's in the heart of London, because it's so serene and cosy up there on the first floor of the InterContinental. Dawn, Nicole, Dorata and the whole team took such good care of me for my Forest Therapy treatment which grounded me and almost sent me fully to sleep, and I haven't found it easy to fall asleep in months, I have been so stressed. Thank you Spa Connect, I'll definitely be back.
