Amazing for Nail cutting!We walked in, no appointment and the two ladies were kind and helpful.Took our Jack Russell in without hesitation. We informed them that she is a handful and does not like her nails touched.They had her nails cut within 10 minutes and her nails are great.Only £10 as well.Fully recommend.

They do a brilliant job on our dog

Really lovely experience. Took my golden retriever in and was a little nervous as previous groomers have given up and shaved him down. Staff was conscious of his coat type, listened to my concerns and a couple specific requests. He is brushed out, smells nice, well trimmed up, nails trimmed and all the wild toe hair gone!They were also kind about my schedule changing last minute and working out a good pick up time.Would definitely recommend.

Have our dogs groomed every 10 weeks. Really friendly staff with a great professional result. Been using for many many years.

l took my little yorkshire terrier to this animal beauty centre earlier today, he has recently come from an animal rescue centre and needed a bath and a groom. l was very surprised when the groomer told me she would not give him a bath or a groom as he had some matting in his leg and he would need to have all his fur shaved off!! l refused and asked her if she could just give him a bath and a tidy up and leave the matting in his legs for me to remove but she refused as she said the shampoo wouldn't soak into the matting! It was a bit bizarre and very disappointing, especially as l had to walk him quite a long distance to get there in a temperature of 30 degrees and l had a doctors appointment which l couldn't keep as l had to take him back home. There was an attitude of take it or leave it and l just wonder if, as it was getting late, she just couldn't be bothered to groom him and wanted to do it the quick way. Needless to say l won't be going back.

Mutts booked me in really last minute as my dog needed a de-moulting service. They did a good job and cleared most of his hair. They took good care of him and trimmed his nails as well. All in all very good, comprehensive and good value for money. A pick up or drop of service would be great as well which is the only reason it was one star short but service itself was 5 star.

First time today for my Working Cocker. He looks like a new dog! Exactly what I asked for (left his crazy fringe long). So soft, clean ears, clean teeth and perfectly clipped. He seems very pleased with himself, showing off his new 'do', so I'm sure he enjoyed the whole experience. And very good value for money. Very happy customer thank you

Lovely staff our dogs really like them as well they don't usually like having their claws clipped but they are fine having them done here
