Jarrold Training

I've just completed my ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management at Jarrold Training. With Matt as a tutor facilitating our weekly sessions, the group were able to be interactive and fully engaged with the teaching being delivered. Due to this style of teaching as well as a relaxed and supportive environment, there was no 'death by PowerPoint' and Matt made sure to be inclusive of all of us ensuring we all understood both the module content and the assignments. Whilst it's been hard work, Matt has been a ray of sunshine yellow positivity and has made it a great and valuable learning experience.

Just finished my ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management course. The course delivery was particularly engaging with a nice blend of theory and practical. Jarrold are a fantastic training provider and have a special tutor in Elliot Symonds - highly recommended!

The course was really enjoyable - each session I learnt key skills that I've been applying to my job, Matt Reed our trainer was really engaging and gave great examples so we can apply back to relevant content, whilst keeping things light and fun. Undertook a short introduction to Project Management sessions through SALC with Matt and he was clear and concise about the essentials of PM. Will most likely pursue a formal qualification and am applying the principles learnt already in my work. Highly recommend!

Having attended the ILM 3 with Matt Reed as the tutor in 2022, it seemed only appropriate to further my development with an ILM 5. For the past 6 weeks attending one day per week at Jarrolds, it has as usual been an enjoyable and insightful experience with much learnt that should prove useful when applied to the work place.Thanks again to Jarrolds and the team for what us a great local, intuitive and warm offering to managers looking to self improve and develop.

ILM Leadership & Management Level 5 | The course was delivered by Elliot, who in my opinion made the course. My mind has been opened to new ways of thinking. The environment was relaxed and I felt at ease asking questions in front of the whole group. I’m disappointed the course wasn’t longer. Would recommend this course and Elliot @ Jarrold Training.

ILM Level 3 Course was excellent, Elliot delivered the course brilliantly, so engaging and supportive. Would highly recommend the course to any aspiring or line manager looking to develop their skills and understand more about the team. I had the pleasure of attending the ILM Level 5 Drive course in February/March this year taught by the simply fabulous and inimitable Elliot Symonds. I enjoyed the whole Drive experience massively and couldn’t have asked for a better tutor, group members and employer support. They were all so completely fabulous!The course came at a tough time for me personally, but has re-ignited the passion for my work and helped me grow my confidence - something which I am very grateful for and am already seeing positive results from.Do not hesitate to attend this course, or to recommend it to others, but be warned that it changes your life - for the better!!

I had my first training course at Jarrold Training recently and couldn't recommend them enough. The facilities are spot on, the trainers are fantastic and I look forward to developing further with JT in due course.

Very much enjoyed the Forefront training at Jarrold. It was one of the best courses I have ever been on & I learned far more than I anticipated. The ILM assignments were challenging but rewarding with good support. Highly recommended.
