Have been using Mick Wood, Guy and Sam for over 25 years. The service has always been impeccable with regular service reminders and appointment. They also give sound advise for ongoing upgrades and replacements managing an old boiler prior to replacing. Just had a breakdown and they were out to it within hours and stayed until the problem was resolved. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would just like to praise Guy and his staff at Mick Wood for their invaluable assistance today. My 90 year old mother’s boiler broke down this morning leaving her with no heating. Guy had been on a previous occasion and I was very impressed then but his kind considerate prompt service today was absolutely brilliant and cannot thank him enough, Although extremely busy, Guy put his customer first and it was very much appreciated.I would recommend Guy and his company to anyone. When it comes to oil fired heating I wouldn't use anyone else, know their stuff, fast to respond, polite, clean working, and prices are always fair and reasonable, they never fit what isn't needed.
