Rude staff, inappropriately charged a late fee, failed to answer phone to question this or reply to messages left to call back, incompletely groomed dog. Won’t use groom room again.

Not great. Staff arent up to scratch with previous staff being much more prfessional and not forgetting to actually do stuff that you paid for. Shame as its my local groomer

Been going there for years. Staff are really nice and give good customer service especially the man with the dark hair and beard, my dog is an older rescue and he gave me some good advice when we first took him in as my dog was quite stressed out between the vets and upheaval. He's always happy to go in and see them to get a bath and made handsome"!"

Went once and it was great. Tried to book to get my puppies nails clipped again and apparently they don't answer calls or after you leave details call back. Still waiting after 3 days and calling again and getting a voicemail today.

Just popped in to have my border terrier's nails trimmed. Emma was very accommodating and saw us pretty much immediately. She was very complimentary and soothing with my dog, while we worked away. Will come back again next time we pass through.

Absolutely disgusted with these people dropped my dog off an went to collect him two hours later for them to state the had had a mishap with my dog. This mishap being they had sliced his ear open had to take him to the pets@ vets upstairs who where absolutely amazing with him an can’t thank them enough for what they have done for my dog. Wouldn’t recommend using this place at all an awaiting an email from the head office as the vet bill was £1273:90 that was wavered as pets at home will cover that but then they still had the audacity to charge me £25 for the groom

Went into the groom room today and the mannerism and attitude of the staff was absolutely shocking.No interest in the my request as to get my puppy washed and groomed.I asked why they couldn't do my puppy's groom she replied were just not doing it just now. I said you have dog's getting washed just now. .She gave the same reply we are not doing them just now. Unbelievable attitude for a so called business.No wonder its ratings are low. This was my first and last visit to the groom room.

Worst experience at this Groom room, they didn't do a proper groom but took 2 hours to complete and call me to collect my boy. They also cut him next to his eye and never told me until I was able to see this in the car. I then had to take him to a vet at Corstorphine for antibiotics and after a long drawn out complaint with Pets at Home, was recompensed for my vet bill (Was an emergency appointment on a weekend). Will NEVER take my dog back to a Groom Room, the groomers have little to no patience. I now take him to either a local groomer or do myself.
