Really brilliant gaming shop. Fantastic selection of models, scenery and accessories. Even things I've only previously seen in forgeworld. As well as GW products there are loads of other games and box sets. Really helpful staff, freindly customers and just generally a great place to go. My favourite shop in Sheffield.

Stunning. A cracking store with great staff and a fab selection.Used the online store a fair few times, and took the trip to visit the Sheffield store. Shelves full of models, many paint varieties, brushes and all things needed (yes, needed, I need another brush/knife/bag of bases).Well worth a visit!

Visited yesterday for the first time with friends from out of town, we were working our way around various hobby shops in the area to see how they compare!Wow, first impressions, this place is big and spacious inside, and full of more hobby stock than I've seen else where! I mean multiples of just about everything you can possibly think of! I've never seen so many starter sets piled sky high!Staff and customers alike seemed very welcoming, and happy to engage in conversations, we made a few purchases and left happy!!I would look forwards to revisiting in future!Very good wheelchair access too.

Great staff. Great selection. Only place I buy my hobby supplies from these days.Far far better than ordering from their online store.

Awesome place to go for cheaper tabletop gaming stuff, had a great selection from Warhammer, star wars legion, armada and other games. paint brands from citadel, Vallejo and others.Helpful staff too! Would go again :)

After returning to the hobby after 30 years, I ordered some paints and brushes online. Standard delivery came in 2 days, which is fantastic at Xmas time, as well as a nice surprise of a big sticker and branded sweet. Good work folks

My Original review is below, this is my edit after a further visit with my gaming buddy Kev. Today (A Saturday) was a completely different experience the shop was a bit busy but the staff today could not have been any better, we got plenty of assistance from one staff member, who tried his best to complete my large shopping list, and the items they didn't have in stock he even offered to order them in for me. Such a positive experience after the 1st visit that I'm going to give it a 3 star rating now rather than the 1 from my original review.Obviously this could just have been a 1 off or my first visit was a 1 off. Either way I will revisit when I next need supplies and give a final verdict then and adjust rating accordingly.My Original review : I don't often venture into the city but the prospect of visiting another gaming store in Sheffield had me intrigued as I had been tempted to make a purchase online.The experience I had from my visit today was so poor and I felt an honest review was necessary.I really hope Element Games Managers read this as I've been a gamer for over 30 years and as an ex-retail manager myself, I know the importance of a 1st impression.I walked in wife my wife this morning, greeted the solitary member of staff with a good morning and got silence! Fantastic 1st impression but it goes down hill from there, the store is laid out in a chaotic manner and there are just piles of dusty boxes and stock shoved all over the floor. There is a noticeable musty smell in the air as well. Some serious use of cleaning materials is needed.I spent plenty of time searching around the various shelves, and it really should have been obvious to the staff I was needing assistance but nothing was forthcoming. Even the shelves appear to lack any form of organized or logical layout. I had money to spend but couldn't find what I needed and my 1st impression of the staff meant I left without purchase. With several other game stores in Sheffield that I know have good customer service I voted with my feet.There is clearly a huge choice of products and if you know what your after, and they have stock you can save a few pounds. For me the customer has to come 1st and for that reason I won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Came on a bank holiday Monday to play a big game of warhammer with my buddies. They were very accommodating since we didn't book a table. The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The store has a wide range of hobby essentials as well as kits. I will definitely be making regular visits.

The staff are always keen to help, very knowledgable, events are run regularly, but due to personal conflicts ive never been able to attend one as of yet, but it seems like Element Sheffield are keen to take an active role in fostering a healthy tabletop community.

Been going here since it opened, but each time I go the staff act dismissive of me and my ideas, and sometimes seem to purposefully avoid me. The person in charge has always been rude and seems judgmental. Do better.
