Took ages for my order and when it was done all the cups were dirty. The tea cup was returned and the guy checked 4 cups before giving me a clean one. The latte glass had a ring half way up which was clearly from someone else's previous drink. We left both drinks.Not recommended

Waited ages at drive through for order to be taken. Never any staff in the shop and the ones that are there look as though it’s too much effort to serve.Clearly this is a franchise

This place was beautifully quiet and played a smooth jazz version of Gangsters Paradise. It was a great song. The toilets had great acoustics and staff were very good and listened to my order and got me the drink I ordered. Its 150miles from my house so won't be coming here for that reason alone.

Coffee was rubbish.i can make milky coffee at home for about 20pence.absolute waste of money.retrain them at your stokesley branch.
