After a day out at the beach, I had the beauty of a puncture awaiting my return to the car. After the AA messing me about, the lovely Alan came to my rescue this evening. Alan was such a polite, knowledgable gentleman with a great sense of humour who quickly got me back on the road after a very stressful evening. Cannot fault him at all! You’re an absolute credit to your company Alan! Thank you again from one massively less stressed BMW driver! X

A great experience today (16 August 2023) had a puncture on M25 just outside the Dartford Tunnel, contacted AXA breakdown and was informed that a GRS would be attending in 90 mins. I received a call after 15 minutes from the recovery truck man, checking my exact location and informing me he would be with me in 30 mins and not to worry. The guy that attended, was a nice man, sympathetic and very helpful. Can’t remember his name but GRS please pass on my sincere thanks to this man.

7pm, 70mph aux belt went snap on a dark Novembers night in Essex. Immediately slowed to a halt within 30 seconds. Now stuck (safely) in a layby but on a dark dual carriage way with no street lighting. Rang AA and they sent Goldstone Recovery Services out. It took around 3 hours from initial AA call to recovery which was annoying but eventually a young bloke arrived in his recovery van. He was amazing, very friendly and personable. Great care when loading and off-loading on a very low car. Towed car back to home, NW London which was completely out of his area and dropped car on street where I wanted it. Apart from the wait, Goldstone was amazing, great customer service! Didn't catch his name but it was the Vectra B 3.2. Thank you!

Great Company. Recovered our broken down Volvo in next to no time. Unfortunately the vehicle would not start so driver had to pull" the vehicle onto transporter

I came off a cruise ship after 12 days and the car battery was 0. On top of that it just startedto rain... I called the recovery out, and Goldstone came to me after less than 30 minutes, re-loaded the battery and in the same time also inproved connectivity for all the electrics in my car!!!. I was tired (and I guess a bit grumpy) after this happening to me, but the recovery man was positive, had a can-do attitude and made me happy again by chatting about holidays while working. Doing this, he took away all my stress in the situation. If I could give Goldstone a 6 star rating I would.

The guys came out and recovered the car after being left on the hard shoulder of the M26 for 4 hours by my recovery services provider. Great service and even didn’t complain for the 50 minutes were you just babbled.Professional , courteous , friendly. Highly recommended if in a pickle.

Very good experience with Goldstone, after quite a struggle to get over the various hurdles that RAC put in front of us. Very courteous driver arrived within the stated 90 mins, despite driving 40 miles and over QE bridge to get to us from Southend. Loaded the car onto the truck while we waited out of the rain. Also went extra mile with our dog!
