Well ordered expensive leather pouffe in DARK BROWN...arrived in GREY....reordered in DARK BROWN....arrived in GREY again....very confusing as only three colours listed are DARK BROWN CHOCOLATE OR TAN...NO MENTION OF GREY!!

In short-waste of time!I have ordered a coat rack nearly a month ago and still waiting for it.No response from this company.Can not recommend them and will not bother with them myself again.

They are on the news and all the social media. Premier Housewares had filed unlawful notices of trademark infringement against sellers on amazon.co.uk through Mr Mustunser Hayat Cheema, the trademark owner/agency and there are many investigations taking place and legal litigations are about to start against them. Premier Housewares Ltd are also related to Premier Housewares (Scotland) LLP which is also being investigated as there was a court order to disapply that company deemed dissolution by the uk authorities.

Had dealings with this company and all I can say is don't bother, couldn't organise a party in a brewery. I'd look elsewhere for a more competent company.

I have accepted an Item with a missing part (only a little stool stopper) with the commitment of having the part posted over (via Kian). This has been a month and Premier has no concern at all for customers and does not even reply. Poor service. 1 star as I can't give less.
