I have never ever been to a nail shop like this one before!!!! First of all, you’re not welcomed as you enter the shop. More like you’re sniggered at. The young staff are always on their phones. Or standing outside smoking. Even when you are present, sitting at the table. They don’t rush to serve you. Instead, they take their time and wait until THEY, are ready to assist you. Whilst you sit there, you have the older lady/Owner walking around miserably, slamming things around , muttering under her breath about the customers. For one reason or another!! The older woman is extremely rude and abrupt. She clearly does not want to be there anymore, so why is she?? If you only ask for a full set, she’s makes you feel bad that you’re not having a pedicure as well!! Customer service is absolutely shocking. I am going to presume, the younger staff are her children, or somewhat related. Therefore they don’t or won’t. challenge her, about her APPALLING ATTITUDE and persona.After sitting in an awful atmosphere, and having my nails finally completed. I Of course, I did not leave a tip. Due to this, on my exit, the older lady starts muttering in her language again to the other staff. Basically moaning to them that I haven’t left a tip. Rolling her eyes. What on earth do you expect!!!!! Not only that and her heavy handed careless approach. 2 days later, my shellac nail varnish started chipping off.Even if you are desperate, DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!!!!!! The place needs to be CLOSED DOWN and the older lady needs to be SACKED and gotten RID OF!!!!!! I can not stress this information anymore. PLEASE BEWARE and stay CLEAR!!!!!!!

I’ve used this place twice now & I refuse to go back… I should have learnt my lesson the 1st time but I was desperate to do them that particular day… Worst retention for acrylics that I’ve ever experienced… even dodgy nail shops in Camberwell are better… My acrylics lasted 6daysssss before having one completely come off… Not good enough.

I have been coming here for years. Always get great service. The staff are very polite and always welcome me with a smile. I get acrylics done here and they last over 2 weeks.

Do not waste your time in this hostile salon. The older woman is so rude. When I asked for a pedicure she rolled her eyes and starts talking to her colleagues in her language, and they start sniggering and shooting looks over to me - so it’s obvious I was being talked about. I felt extremely uncomfortable. When it came to actually doing my pedicure she pulled and pushed my feet around, was so unbothered about the service she was providing and it showed in the lack of pedicure I was getting. For a £30 pedicure, she buffed my feet for approx. 10 seconds and i had to ask her to spend longer as there was still dry skin left on my feet that she had neglected. Again she rolled her eyes and spoke to her colleagues about me. I was so close to asking her to dry my feet off so that I could leave.They then told me that they can’t do my manicure for me, as they let other women in to have theirs done. Absolutely outrageous, will not be returning, and encouraging others to stay away.

After reading the reviews below I was reluctant to have my nails done here, BUT after speaking to people at work and seeing the great job on their nails I gave it a go. I wasn't disappointed! Great job, very quick, very cheap and lasted over 2 weeks. Don't expect amazing chat and you will be fine. I think there is a difference between kindness of staff... one older lady seemed a bit abrupt next to me, so bear that in mind.

Lovely little nail salon with super friendly staff and a comprehensive colour selection - was able to get a last-minute walk-in pedicure! Would recommend.

I’ve been going to this nail bar for years as it’s across the road from where I live but enough is enough they are so rude! They do nails very well but have no customer service experience. They talk and laugh about you in front of your face. I now go to a friendly nail bar in Clapham junction it’s a bus ride away but so nice to have friendly staff assisting me.I’ll no longer spend my money on bad customer experiences and downright rude staff

Love this shop. Staff always polite, always get offered a cup of tea and the lady that runs it is so friendly and professional. My favourite nail shop in South London.

Got acrylics done today…awful! I was rushed through as they were closing and completely man handled by the older lady-very aggressive and even painful. The guy who did my acrylics was very good and efficient but had the pressure of the older lady speeding him up as she wanted to close. I sat there and watched them tidy everything up, turn off music and even put the shutters down. Felt very unwelcome and I could see others had been in there for hours, not having the service that was promised. I am never going there again and after seeing others reviews I would advise NO ONE to set foot in there, no matter how desperate. It’s a shame because I had my toenails done before and had such a lovely man doing them. I would advise going to Deluxe nail spa instead next to Clapham Common station.

I literally get my nails done here every 2 weeks and they are amazing, sometimes I come in with my nails in a state or cracked underneath and they always manage to fix them. Lovely staff - they always make my nails look wonderful!
