The worst service I ever had. When I went to the shops I explained to the lady the problem I had with my mobile. I asked to leave the mobile with her, she didn't give me any receite, I was a little bit surprised but the shops has very good review. After two days the lady informed me that it was not an easy job but that she can fix it and that it will be done in 2 weeks. After two weeks I didn't have any updates about the situation, I left her a couple of more days and I called her. She was busy and I received a text that she needed another one or two days to fix the problem. After 3 days no signs of her. I called her and she explained me that she was not sure of where my phone was, that by error it was sent at another laboratory even if it was ALREADY FIXED. I was shocked, after 4 days they found the phone and she assured me that I could go to collect it on Saturday. Saturday came and I went to collect it, I found the shop closed and I called her several times during the day. In the evening I received a call from another shop that had my phone and offered to deliver it at my house in an hour. No one came. On Sunday at lunch time the lady wrote me to inform me that it the mobile was still broken and that they can't fix it. I was shocked I received a different story of the situation and after a lot of excuse I planned with her to collect the telephone as soon as possible because I was not trusting her anymore and the mobile as also a lot of private information related to my job too. After 2 hours she wrote me again to inform me that they have broken a piece of the phone too but that was not important because it was not possible to fix it and extract my data. So yes the worst service I ever had, I have taken to another shop my phone they fixed it and saved my data. So I suggest anyone that has serious problem to use another shop.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Reasonabley priced to replace iPad screen, job was completed in the time line they gave and because I missed message to say it was ready to be picked up and shop was closed they offered the option of it being dropped off to my home or them being in the shop Sunday and they very kindly dropped it to my home xx would definitely use than again xx

Excellent customer service. iPhone not working and told by a different shop that a new screen was needed. Phone Base did some checks and was able to fix the phone without replacing the screen, at a fraction of the cost. Friendly, professional service, would highly recommended.

I was having trouble with my iPhone as the screen wouldn’t respond when I touched it so I took it on my lunch break from work and they was brilliant reset it for me and even gave me a screen protector. Top quality service, friendly and helpful overall great experience.

Took iPhone in today to be repaired because I was unable to charge it. They fixed it within 10 minutes and the cost was very reasonable .Very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. It’s a five stars from me, would give it ten if I could.
