From the very initial consultation I felt like Kristin spoke my language. A key area of my work with Kristin was around relationships, having come out of a relationship and observing patterns that invited exploration. My favourite thing about Kristin's therapeutic style is her ability to not only deeply listen and gracefully hold you in your shadows but also refreshingly call you out when needed! I gained so much insight into myself and our sessions were really instrumental in my being able to call in, receive and create the beautiful partnership I have now.

I cannot recommend Kristin highly enough. She really is a fantastic life coach and I love her integration of spirituality. She is completely non-judgement and very down to earth and as an empowered women myself, I really felt like Kristin ‘got me’. The soul plan reading she did was super helpful for discovering my overall life purpose, while also identifying potential obstacles.
