I purchased an E-scooter from Wheelie World and must say I have been delighted by the service and product.I messaged this family run business with a number of questions and each time received a prompt reply. Having placed the order I received a confirmation message and told the scooter was being shipped from Germany as the UK stock was depleted. I had a DHL tracking number and was able to see the progress as it was transported to the UK. Once here I could track the scooter on the Parcel Force app which even told me the driver’s name!I have no hesitation in recommending this efficient and friendly company.

Bought a ebike from here, absolute delight to deal with, no pushy sales, answered my questions and found out some info for me that he didnt know himself. As or delivery, just wow...it couldnt have got here any faster if i had gone and collected it..awesome bike,awsome pruce...cheers mate

Shout-out for Willie,The battery on my polluno failed, eskute wanted me to buy a new one even though it was still in warranty. Even though I did not buy from him he helped me get a replacement foc. Thanks Willie, that's what I call service.

Bought an eskute electric bike from wheelie world.. and after about 9 months had a problem with the battery not charging and dead.. contacted them and the customer service was fantastic... returned the battery with a replacement straight out and all completed within days.comunication was fantastic ..and couldn't be more helpful..a shame other companies don't always respond like that.. thanks wheelie world... friendly professional and fast service.

We visited with a group today, it was awesome. The kids got to try everything, throwing inflatable axes, hoops, and balls. The got to do laps in the Crazy Karts which looked like so much fun, there was also a little team building exercise in which the kids worked together to protect an egg. The staff were very friendly and engaged well with the kids. . The entrance is concealed down an ally and there's not enough markings to advertise the location on the street. Once you find the entrance there's s wheelchair access and a wheelchair accessable disabled toilet and reasonably priced drinks and snacks

Took three of my girls aged 5,7 and 9 and they all loved it. £5 each for 15 minutes on the vehicle of their choice. Price seems fair considering the cost of the equipment. All three went on the crazy carts and then big two went on the hover cars and the littlest went on the drift rider which I thought was a bit advanced for her and she fell off a couple times but she was happy to get back on and have another go. The staff were all excellent. Not sure why it was so quiet, we were the only ones there, doubt it helps Google saying it is closed" when the opening times on Google said it was open... I would add a sign on the door as from outside it's not that obvious which door is the entrance and it's not a very welcoming entrance. Few other minor bits I would advise changing too just to make it more inviting. Will be back again as kids loved it!"
