Excellent customer service, we didn't catch her name but was very nice. We all agree to bring back the rotisserie chicken. Good stop for lunch while out and about.

I haven't been in for a while. There used to be an old man who was so cool and awesome. Now there is Mehmet who is abrupt and rude. Rolled his eyes when I I wanted to upgrade to a meal from just the sandwich. Ended up giving me 10 pence less of my change. Did not bag my sandwich. Set it on the counter for me to take away. The guy is full of attitude. It's sad coz it's my local subway. I plan to drive further to avoid seeing him again. He made me feel uncomfortable and like i did something wrong by coming into the store. I note that he was not busy as I was the only customer there lol. All I can say....if you don't wanna do the job let someone else do it and get lost.

Missing items and sauces. Got lettuce i didn't order on a sub. No toasted. Just cold bread. Won't order again and definitely won't recommend it. Worst experience in a while. Spent £25

Got there before 8 when it closes. Got turned away. If you close at 7.50. Say you close at 7.50 not 8

Order 2 sub meals online, they never bothered to toast them and my wedges where warm with cold patch’s so they clearly wasn’t cooked properly and I got completely different crisps to what I ordered

Nice little place where I jave come a few times when I meet my missus for lunch on the odd occasion. Exactly what you would expect from subway, friendly staff, decent food, prices sre OK. You can sit in which we do and its comfy enough. Though it's right next to people queuing but there's not much you can do about that it is a small place. Free parking outside and a toilet so nothing else you would want really. We don't go here as much now as the money crunch and it is a little pricey for 2 sandwiches.

I placed an order on the app to collect on Sunday, My salad was absolutely awful the lettuce and everything else tasted like I was chewing on mould. The girl behind the desk seemed to be rushed off her feet or just sick of her life.My chicken didn’t taste all that great in my salad either, Monday comes and I’ve got food poisoning (which my doctors have confirmed) No response from the complaints team.
