Driver Ahmed drove me from Surrey to Liverpool last week... a long ride! He arrived early, despite having to leave Stoke in the middle of the night to pick me up. I really appreciated that reliability. The car was very clean and comfortable indeed. Ahmed turned out to be a highly skilled driver so I felt extremely safe all the way. He was also outstanding on a personal level: respectful and polite, accommodating, and concerned for my welfare. Thus the long ride (six hours including two stops) was a pleasure.
