Merryweather Pilates

A few sessions with Liz sorted out my stiff neck and shoulders which I’d got from too long at my desk. It’s a form of exercise which I actually look forward to! My overall flexibility has improved and the reformer equipment enables me to stretch and move in ways I wouldn’t think possible! Liz has a soft gentle approach and her beautiful airy studio is a very relaxing environment to visit.

Having never tried pilates and came across Merryweather Pilates via Bourne End Forum and was delighted to know I could embark upon 'one on one' sessions with Liz.I am now ten sessions in and thoroughly enjoying the challenge and experience.Liz is extremely knowledgeable and patient, planning every session in advance to ensure I get the best out of my time in the studio.The sessions are fresh and fun.I would highly recommend Merryweather Pilates.

I had been struggling with lower back pain and tight hips for some time but after a course of pilates sessions, I am much improved. Liz uses the reformer to target specific muscle groups with amazing results. I now have greater core stability, enhanced flexibility and for the first time in ages am pain free - wonderful!
