They gave us sound advice to make our home more appealing. I was given immediate feedback on all showings and the follow-up conversations with potential buyers. We had a tricky start selling our house with PSK, due in main to unseasonal weather and a very slow market.Ultimately the whole process took ten months. Towards the end of the process there were several issues with first time buyers and more than one chain involved. We were just unfortunate.About three months in Sophie took over the management of the sale and matters improved. She used her initiative to call around previous viewers and secured a purchaser for our house. During the long months she and Marianne kept us informed of progress or issues and kept a good line of communication down the chain. We are grateful for their efforts.
