Have been disappointed recently by the food from here. Also staff not covering faces and cash only makes me feel uncomfortable in the present circumstances.Chips have been soggy and fish is not freshly prepared while you wait but is pre cooked and kept under heat lamp.Used to be better.

Spicy curry sauce was very nice. Not the biggest portions I've had from a chippy. The lady behind the counter was a bit snappy with the other staff. Didn't think that is what we want to see.

I was recommended this place but with the limited opening hours, it had been challenging to get a chance to try it out. I got chips and gravy in separate tub. I was thankful I did. Unfortunately, didn't get salt and vinegar on the chips, even though I asked for it. Small inconvenience.I was glad I got the gravy separately, as it wasn't great-just ok. It tasted like generic gravy from a supermarket, rather than the usually delicious gravy you get from a chippy. If you are able to, I would recommend visiting Chaes chippy in Harwood, which in my humble opinion is the nicest chippy hands down. Chaes fish and chips on Tonge Moor road is also good. This place seems popular with locals, however I wouldn't visit again nor recommend

Generally very good and quality is consistent. Only thing that lets it down is the battered fish isn’t great. Avoid that though and you’ll get a decent meal with the other options!

I've had fish or pie & chips from here a few hundred times, & I've always found them to be very, very good. Perfectly cooked, & the staff are always top flight along with the great food! I'm off there now...

What a nice traditional chip shop, fish cooked to order crispy batter would highly recommend

Really nice chippy. Staff are always friendly and food is lovely generally. Expensive, but what isn't at the moment.

It's nice. Fish was good and the batter was crispy and just the right thickness. Gravy was nice too. Chips were a little bit over done but I've had a lot worse.
