We had a great experience with Rafael. He was friendly, professional and took his time explaining the process.Additionally, he spent time with our toddler to make them feel comfortable during their first dentist visit.

Fantastic service and delighted with the cosmetic dentistry results. Dr Paul Serrant is extremely knowledgable and provides pragmatic advice really tailored to your requirements and desired results. Practice is clean, staff are welcoming. Very happy, would highly recommend.

All the team are helpful/efficient and treatments are talked through with you in order to choose what will suit you.During Covid restrictions they continued to offer the same excellent service in difficult times. The dentist I used to visit left the practice and I went today for a routine appointment. The treatment and care I received was a far lower standard than I have ever received before. My lip was cut and the dentist was rough. Would you believe he owned the practice! Sometimes the best business people are not the best at their jobs. I told the receptionist I did not want to see this dentist again. The only plus in the whole experience was the receptionist who was very friendly.

I have been a patient of Monton Green Dental Practice since I was a toddler and it was owned by Mr McHale. Can honestly say the service has declined significantly over the past few years. Although I pay as part of Denplan, my appointments are always cancelled or changed - every single time over the past three years my appt has been moved - can never get a hygienist and check-up appointment together, and sometimes they’ll even be cancelled with just as little as 1 hour notice. Would recommend looking elsewhere for the price you are paying. Such a shame as this place used to be brilliant!

I had braces on for over a year and with every visit the staff were professional and excellent. Very pleased with the outcome of Dr Paul Serrants work, the receptionist made my experience thousand times better with her warm welcome!Highly recommend this practice :)

Useless practice. Kept having my appointments cancelled or re-arranged so frequently I just gave up in the end. Then I start getting emails asking me why I haven't booked a new appointment?! Well I wonder why??
